How it starts

Start with a conversation.

For The Jack, the first step is joining the build waitlist. For The Heirloom, send a model inquiry while the design moves toward a prototype.

A Jack build begins with a 50 percent deposit after a slot is confirmed. Once that slot opens, the stated build time is 12 to 16 weeks from deposit to delivery. The Heirloom has no confirmed price, deposit terms, build slot, or delivery schedule.

The process

From inquiry to a Jack build.

These build terms apply to The Jack. Heirloom inquiries begin a conversation about the design; prototype testing, pricing, and scheduling come first.

01

Inquiry

You send the basics: model, timing, and any direction worth knowing.

02

Conversation

Preston follows up when a build slot is close, then confirms the model, material direction, and schedule.

03

Deposit

A 50 percent deposit holds the slot and starts the build.

04

Build

Wood, oil, leather, metalwork, assembly, fretwork, setup, and playing time. Plan on 12 to 16 weeks once the slot opens.

05

Final balance

The remaining balance is due when the guitar is finished, photographed, and ready to ship or hand off.

06

Delivery

The guitar leaves the shop set up, documented, and signed with the W.
